ITCO Organisation structure

ITCO has five membership divisions:

• Operators
• Leasing companies
• Manufacturers
• Tank service providers

ITCO is governed by an elected Board of Directors, comprising:

• Two Board Members for each membership division, making a total of 8 Directors
• A Chairperson of the Board of Directors, who is one of the 8 Directors and is elected by them to serve the same term as the Board itself

Daily operational support for Member enquiries, communications and general administration is provided by an Executive Director and a Secretary-General; with additional provision of specialist services such as Accounting and Event Management by outsourced supply partners.
