With 48 exhibition stands and over 50 exhibiting companies, the Tank Container Village at transport logistic 2013 in Munich from 4-7 June 2013 was the biggest one so far organised.
ITCO Members, prospective Members and customers were able to meet their business partners on the exhibition stands and in the central meeting area.
Participants noted that it was the busiest and best of the six “Tank Container Villages” organised so far (the first Tank Container Village took place in 2003).
Provisional planning for the 2015 event (which will take place from 5 to 8 May 2015) is already under way, with a number of ideas being considered to enhance the exhibition and improve the organisation for Exhibitors, Members and Visitors.
According to the organisers, transport logistic 2013 attracted a record 53,000 trade visitors (compared to 51,310 in 2011). A further rise in the international scope of the event was also noticeable at this year’s show – around 45 percent of the exhibitors came from outside Germany, and almost 40 percent of the visitors.
